On arrival at the hotel, we were very impressed. The reception area was very elegant and very clean! We had booked a villa type room to give us more space with the children. The room was spotless, spacious and about 20 steps away from the childrens pool - excellent! The room was spotless all the time as the maid came everyday.

The food was out of this world, so much to try. There are a few speciality restaurants to give you abit of variety, but to be honest, the main restaurant served up different dishes every night. Book early for the speciality restaurants if you want specific times as they do get booked up quickly. A couple of the bars were self serve which was great - no queues, no restrictions.

The location of the hotel is abit out but this is nothing we didn't know as it did state it in the brochure. But with it being all inclusive we didn't have to leave the hotel anyway, although we did miss our nightly walks that we usually have when we go away.

Hotel staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

Entertainment is on throughout the day and the reps do try and get you involved, but they are quite happy to leave you alone if it isn't your thing. Didn't see alot of the night entertainment as it started abit late for us - with 2 young children they were exhausted by 9pm!

All the pools were immaculate. The only annoying thing was the reserving of sunbeds. It does state this isn't allowed but of course it does happen and no one does anything about it. Luckily with our two children we were always up early so got a great spot by the childrens pool. I would imagine that in school holidays they get reserved pretty quick.

I would definitely go back to this accommodation but would wait until my children are a little older. Would recommend to anyone - fantastic time had by all!!

Spent 10 days at this fab hotel. We have been to Tenerife quite a few times and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in.

We had a junior suite which was very spacious and had plenty of room for us all.

Food was very very good in the main restaurant with lots of choice and of a very good standard. There are other restaurants but we didn't get to go as we did not want to be tied down to times with the children. These restaurants have to booked in advance and do get booked up quickly. The main restaurant met our needs.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pools very clean and nice with the usual towels on sunbed thing!

There is not much to do around the hotel but we did not feel the need to leave as it had everything we needed. All in all a very relaxing holiday and would def do All Inclusive again.

Just returned for a weeks all inclusive and had a great time. The hotel was spotlessly clean with maid service everyday. I would go back but overall I impression is that the hotel caters more for couples than families but for a week is great.

From the hotel to the pool there is a steep incline which may be unsuitable for the elderly, however, there are ramps and lifts everywhere.

The food was plentyful, however, I felt there was little choice for my 7yr old. The restuarants are open from early to late which was great.

The entertainment team work hard involving adults and children with the kids club on twice a day. The night time entertainment was held outwith the hotel in a square adjoining the hotel. I found this inconvenient as you had to give up your seat if you needed to go back to the hotel to get a drink. There is a bar within the square but this is not free to all inclusive users and is a bit pricy. The main lobby bar is lovely and it is a help yourself to drink and I have to say I never once seen anyone drunk during my stay.

The pools are great and there is even one slightly heated - but be careful we found some sharp broken tiles within the pool which caused minor cuts on our feet.

There were 3 family's that stayed in this hotel together. We arrived at 2pm only to be told that our rooms were not ready, very frustrating as after 12 hours of travelling we just wanted to get out bikinis on and hit the pool as it was so hot.

We went for some lunch in the restaurant and sampled their wine, which was delicious 10/10. After we had finished dining we went back to reception and our rooms were ready.

The rooms are lovely and clean and large too. The weather was cloudy during our stay and the pools (even the heated one) were at times too cold for my little girl to go in.

The speciality restaurants were fab, as were the normal everyday restaurant - could not fault the food. The only downfall of the hotel that there are 24 steps that there is no lift to take you up and with a pram it was very annoying having to carry it up several times a day.

The children enjoyed the evening entertainment and even though the bar was downstairs, you could order as many drinks as you like each, there was no limit and take them back upstairs.

There is a small pebbly beach nearby, which was being renovated whilst we were there. Overall we had a good holiday, wouldn't stay there again, but we never go back to any hotel twice as I think there are too many places to try and not enough time to do it!!

we found the hotel to be very nice, the all inclusive to our family is very much the same as other hotels we have stayed in on this board.

There was always something for everyone, but people do get fed up with the same sort of food, but we find that's the same at home.

You can't please everyone we had no complaints.

The staff at this hotel work very hard and are always cleaning up and were very nice to our family.

There was games for people to join in raffle shooting, darts, pool etc with Ben the entertainer who was good with everyone. There could of been a bit more choice of evening entertainment bingo, man playing piano, flamingo dancers, mini disco, not that much to keep you occupied all week.

They have also got a nice roof top for adults but there was'nt a pool up there or a bar you had to go down stairs.

When the games were on during the day they were held mostly on the roof top, the pool was very cold it was like a block of ice even though the weather was really hot it could do with a bit of heat in it.

The bedroom had 2 single beds 2 bedside draws and one double sided mirror warddrobe which we found plenty for all needs then you had sofa bed sleeps 2 not very comfy plus a tele one English channel but you don't go away to watch the tele not us anyway.

There was a fridge in the room which was empty wall cupboard and cupboard which the tele was on which you could use.

Clean towels everyday sheets change once, we only stayed for one week beds maid everyday bathroom cleaned toilet rolls replaced, the snack bar is by the pool serving drinks hot & cold beer ice cream you need to ask what's on the all inclusive from the snack bar when we arrived friday about 3pm our son wanted a burger but was not on the all inclusive so we paid for that we did ask before hand, when we asked what the snacks were we were told small swiss roll, ham&cheese sandwhich made into small triangle, we have been to a lot of all inclusive hotels but the snack here were a complete was of time.

We hired a safe I think it was 25 euro you got 10 back at the end.

We always got a sunbed you were not allowed to put towels on the sunbeds to keep them the staff would remove them after a time which I think is only fare. I have been to hotels and people have put towels on the beds and gone of to the beach for the day.

There were German, Spanish, Scottish etc staying at this hotel and everyone would nod to you, we found that the British children were left to run around there was'nt a great deal of them, but when the ones who used to run around went home it was better.

Wow! What a fantastic time we've just had. This hotel was great can't believe that some people have been moaning about this place, suppose you just can't please some people.

On arrival our cases were taken from us and taken to our rooms by the bell boys check in was smooth and fast. On departure we called to say our cases were ready again the bell boys came and dealt with them.

Requested extra pillows and they arrived within 10 minutes, maid came in everyday and there's also a mini bar in the room which is stocked with water, tins of coke, fanta, beer etc. daily.

We had a problem with our bathroom sewage smell it was dealt within 20 minutes of reporting it and the maintenance men kept coming back to check with us to see if everything was OK.

Great choice of food, snack bar was equally good. My husband loved the fact that the bar was self service so he could go and pull himself a pint!

My daughter loved the kids club twice a day for 2 hours each session plus shows and mini disco. Gave us a chance to relax and sunbathe, no problem with getting sunbeds no matter what time we went to the pool including after lunch. Towels were available to hire wish we had left ours at home and used this system.

The location is a bit out of the way but the hotel runs shuttle buses and has a taxi rank and there's also the public bus to use, we went to Las Americas a few time by taxi and it cost about 15 euros for 5 of us so I don't think that's to bad.

The one thing I must say is that I don't think i'd like to go to this hotel in summer season, it was just right when we went but I can imagine the pools getting rather busy.

Our first time at this hotel which turned out to be the best yet in Tenerife.

The location may not suit everyone, but if you want a quiet relaxing holiday free from loud bars and endless souvenir shops then this could be the place for you.

No need to wake at 7pm to reserve your sunbed as has been the case in most other hotels.
The food was very good, especially in the themed restaurants with plenty of choice, although a couple of evening meals in the main restaurant were perhaps not quite up to scratch.

Only one pool was heated but it wasn

Just returned and must say we had a great time. The hotel was beautiful, all public areas and gardens were clean and well maintained.

Our room was lovely, I had e mailed the hotel the week prior to arriving and requested a king size bed and thats what we got on arrival.

Found the staff to be really friendly and helpful, phoned reception to ask for extra pillows and they were sent to the room right away.

We ate in the buffet restaurant every night of our 7 night stay and it was very good, there was plenty of choice for all meals and the food was replenished frequently so never looked picked over.

The only hitch with this hotel, I think , is the location, some people may find it a little isolated, it wasnt a problem for us as we had a hire car, in fact I quite liked that it wasnt in the middle of the ' action '.

Would definitely return to this hotel.

This is the first time we have been all inclusive & were abit apprehensive with reports we had heard about all inclusive hotels but this all inclusive hotel was fantastic as regards the food, it could not be faulted, there was always plenty with plenty of choice & of good quality with any type of drink you required, i've never drunk so much champagne.

The cleanliness could not be faulted in any area of the hotel especially our room. as regards the hotel staff, the dining room & the maids were wonderful but the reception were offish & the first choice rep team were rubbish, I find this hard to say as our daughter is a rep but we had a problem with having to pay extra for our room on arrival & they just did not want to know as we had to pay 140euros on arrival for a junior suite which we had not booked.

The room was fantastic but it took the joy out of it costing us an extra 140euros when the holiday hadn't been cheap in the first place & especially since we hadn't asked for it.

The location was rubbish & for this reason alone we would not go back to this hotel.

The evening entertainment was awful & didn't start till 10pm. So if as we liked, you had your evening meal early then there was nothing to do till 10pm, had this hotel been in a better location we could have gone out for a lovely evening walk but there was nowhere to go & nothing to do.

We've never had so many early nights on holiday. To sum it all up, fantastic hotel can't be faulted we just wish we could pick it up & put it in the middle of Costa Adeje.

I think when we booked this hotel we were misled being told it was in Costa Adeje as we have stayed in Costa Adeje before which we know has plenty to do day & night if wanted, with a lovely beach.

This was our 3rd visit to this Hotel.

I think the Hotel is fine for couples but for families with children not so good due to the lack of a decent beach and the continual climbing of steps to get anywhere and I am thinking pushchairs etc.
The Adult entertainment is not so good and doesn't start till late and is mostly amateurish homegrown stuff.
On the plus side the food is excellent.
The staff are excellent.
The rooms are excellent with good cleaning staff.
The pools are great.
I would say this place is really suitable for adults looking to get away for 1 or 2 weeks and to chill out from a work environment.
