Grand looking hotel with spacious rooms cleaned daily. A fridge is included which is perfect.
Unfortunately the food is poorly presented,cold and bland. The breakfast is particularly poor and we never had a hot cup of tea or coffee. The cooked breakfast was unedible.
Located at the old town end of promenade which is like a building site. Access to lovely promenade approx 4 miles to centre. Taxi cost 6 - 8 euros
Some staff were extremly helpful and courteous others indifferent. Entertainment aimed at Spanish.
The outside areas were the best aspect of the complex with large meandering pools, gardens, multi purpose pitche for sport. There appeared to be a good entertainment programme for all the spanish children and young people. There was direct access to the lovely promenade and shingle beach.

The hotel is definately 4*. The rooms and areas are very spacious and spotlessly clean.
The restaurant, food and staff were superb. The variety of food was amazing with an excellent selection each day.
The hotel are quite happy to allow you to change your evening meal for lunch.
The hotel is based about 3 miles from the main resort of Roquetos (20 minutes on a bus (90 cents) 10 minutes in a taxi (7 euros). There is a large shopping centre (Grand Plaza) 10 minutes walk from the hotel (where buses are from).
The hotel is right on the shingle beach, but most people use the pool area which is a very spacious area with plenty of sunloungers.
Entertainment at the hotel is based around the Spanish with all the music and entertainment being in Spanish and not many English visitors.
If all you want is a sunshine break lying around a pool, this place is ideal.
