Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

33% off drinks in the night club under the hotel, entry near the restaurant for hotel guests. Crissie Rock good comedienne (if you are broad minded).

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Morgans tavern is neptunes and a lot smaller than on TV good tribute act but once seen first week not much for second week
No way would we ever recommend this accommodation it's the worst hotel I have stayed at in Benidorm

been a few times now to benidorm, becoming hubbys favourite ,prefer to go out of season more weather has always been favourable to us. beautiful promenade to walk along beach always cleaned at night, plenty of shops for the women ....and the markets SUN.and WED. have to very careful of pickpockets though ladies keephold of your purses and gents your wallets. did hear of one lady having a necklace pulled from her throat one day these are not spanish folk doing this can't say who they are in public. apart from that you'll love Benidorm,we do.

We have been going to this resort for quite a number of years and cannot praise it enough for the cleanliness, brilliant entertainment and high standards of clean and tidy beaches. That's why we come back year after year.

We stayed in Benidorm first visit resort lovely and clean, resort was good, Beach we only went once but it was spotless. And yes we would visit again.

Benidorm is a very busy resort, with entertainment everywhere. Plenty of places to eat and drink, a beautiful beach and plenty of lovely places to visit close by.
I have visted many Spanish resorts over the years and in my opinion, Benidorm is the best.
This was my 3rd visit and would go back again.

we love benidorm as a holiday venue the beach and promenade are kept very clean(some of the locals do't clean up after their animals ablutions though) the entertainment in benidorm is as good as you want it and the bars are very friendly (and cheap) john and josephs (original)bar and eating place is one of the best (our view)clean and cheap. always cleaning the tables down.and are open from 7am till 5am every day the old town is always busy plenty of eating places and bars as well. can't wait for our next holiday in benidorm.

Stayed in Benidorm and although the weather was wet there was plenty of entertainment to keep us busy to the small hours of the morning.The streets and beach were cleaned constantly especially when it rained so no smelly rubbish lying around.The police presence was reassuring day and night.The prices were also at a reasonable rate of exchange especially at the Sunday market.We are all line dancers and found loads of places to go to dance.Especially Andrea in the Rainbow bar and the hotel Orange.

What's to say about Benidorm,this was my 4th visit and it gets better over time,to list all the options for food,drinks,entertainment and activities would need a post about 20 pages long so i'll try and generalise.
Went this time for 11 nights so had time to cover most places,overall the resort is very clean,well organised and despite what some say,very safe,we were on the poniente side near the old town,poniente beach is slightly quieter but was still very busy,we went to both there and levante beach,2 beds and a parasol pricey at 12E and the only disappointment,no showers apart from low ones for your feet.
The old town is fantastic with plenty of bars,tapas,eateries and public areas,lovely for chilled drinks outdoors and people watching and the best restaurants are here,mi casa and vagabonds being our favourites,3 course set menu for 13E and 1st class gourmet food.
levante new town isn't so good for food with the choices being pub food for the same price as decent old town food,italian/pizza or spanish fish places,quite disappointing really but no drama as the old town nearby. the new town bars are a bit of a hotch potch of show bars with some awful tribute acts on,some with good acts on,the bars on the square are a bit rough and ready but all very cheap,some selling drinks at mental prices,5 bottles of bud for 9 euros,get in! best bars we went to were sandra's,peters pub,sinatras and maybe a couple of others but we went to the old town more,and a few times up to the 'other' strip in the rincon area,which we found less crowded and a slightly better clientele,with the best being the rock n roll house,the el rincon grill house up there also EXCELLENT,also if you want a chinese head up there,the road is av de severo ochoa.
Went to the benidorm palace,didnt have the meal,paid 28 each for entrance and first drink,prices VERY good in there and the show was brilliant,well recommended.
Also got the train to denia,lovely day out and cheap,5E each return.
People seem hung up on the reputation of benidorm being chips and karaoke,yes that does exist and to be honest looking at some of the people around im not surprised,but there's more to the place,you dont see that in the old town or indeed in most of the place as a whole,you do see some shocking states walking around and sadly most are british but theyre easily avoided,there's a lot of empty or run down places around,the union jack bar springs to mind,miserable staff,music playing on the radio via a tv and a generally knackered air to the place in the evening but conversely some of the bars are class and you find yourself drawn to them.
didn't see any trouble,no con men,no timeshare or anything like that,weather was perfect aside from one storm that came as quickly as it went and in general benidorm is a clean,vibrant,lively and friendly 'city' that has something for everyone,day and night.
