La Fosca beach - lovely golden sanded beach with about 4 or 5 cafes next to it for food and drinks.
Palamós is a nice town with a marina. Not too many English holidaymakers (early season) but one day we were there a Thompson cruise liner came in and we noticed the difference. Plenty of restaurants and loads of tapas bars and some nice shops in the old town part. Lovely big golden sandy beach.

La Fosca, beach is typical Spanish, not overcrowded(in May)with 3 bars,and a couple of cafe\'s.
There is a lovely 25min walk to La Castelle, another quite bay.
Palamos is 30min walk with lots more going on, with good shopping, and if you are eating you must go to Monica\'s

stayed at camping kings last year mith my partner and 3 teenage kids (2 at 15 and 1 at 16) thought the site was really good. the entertainment left a bit to be desired but there is a disco thing that the kids can go and join and you can have a drink at sit outside. the shop was good with fresh bread delivered each weekeday. the pool was a great size and was never overcrowded. you could still get loungers into the afternoon so that was good when we had a lie in!! the food in the rest. was ok nothing fancy but ok if you didnt want to go into town. the only down fall for me was ...
you couldnt sit outside the caravan in the sun as your in the middle of a forest with leaves droppin on your head!!! but apart from that i would recommend. in fact we have just booked to go again in July. will post again when weve been
