We have just returned from Can Marti with Cantabrica and have had a great time. The journey was fine, no hostess but plenty of stops so no problems. The camp was lovely, fairly relaxed, friendly and quiet and best of all a wonderful pool area that was immaculate. Reps were very good, always around when you needed them and really friendly.We had a caravan that was very nice and really clean. Extremely good value for money and would definately go again. Camp a short walk from Tossa but you certainly don't feel out of the way as its only 5 mins before you hit the bars and shops.

Camping Can Marti proved to be a great campsite, pool area really nice, toilets/showers a little old fashioned but always clean. Pitches nicely spaced out. Everyone seemed really friendly.

I have been to Can Marti three times - 2001, 2002 and 2005.
It has some really lovely aspects, when we took our teenagers they were safe to wonder all night and therefore we had a relaxing holiday.
Tossa is a beautiful town but by the third visit we knew we should move on, plus it was not the same as having a family holiday when it was just the two of us.
Standards had slipped by the third year in terms of the club reps and the coach journey is random and tedious but for people such as myself who are scared of flying there really is not much choice.
This year we went to Port Grimaud. The standards and high expectations of the reps on this site have made me question how interested Julie and Nick at Can Marti are in working for club cantabrica.
Both sites have good clean toilet blocks but the cleanliness of the units in Port Grimaud was exceptional. Maybe the Spanish effect of manyana has taken hold in Can Marti.
Please don't let me put you off. Tossa is a beautiful town, the swimming pool is lovely at the site and the beach is clean and safe.
However it is a dusty site and it is old stock that is used in the tents and units. I hope to go back but not for quite a few years.

We stayed in a tent on the Can Marti site last July/August. Its a great site. Shower blocks, toilets, washing up area etc spotless. Great swimming pool.
