If you are ever going to stay at this hotel make sure you are fit and very healthy and don't have any breathing problems were you need to use inhalers, the road from the front up to the hotel should be named as Coronary Hill as this hill could lead and cause a person to have a heart attack, the side of the hotel where we where it was always in the shade, and another thing is advisable to bring earplugs because you find when people come in late they can be a bit nosy taking no thought for people trying to sleep, and people argueing during that time of the morning....

Problem with room temp in some rooms so pay more for poolside.x take a mozzie spray and spray your room..those wee bleeders can ruin a holiday.Good wee bar called Lilly Langrtys across rd if your hungry at lunchtime.good food and cheap beer!

I would imagine in the main hotel top tip just have B and B as there are plenty good restaurants around the hotel another good tip book a different hotel.

This resort is beautiful, everyone we met very helpful. The marina is gorgeous, you can feed the fish with bags of bread for 1 euro, great fun. Be careful if getting a taxi, agree a price first. The drivers make it up as they go along. Drive down to centre ranged from 7 to 10 euros. We taxied 1st couple of days, then give up and walked everywere. There are bus stops very close to hotel, so save your money. As we were there in february, it was very clean dont know how it would be in the busy season. Day trip to Gibraltar was good value. There is an shop down near McDonalds to book trips, much cheaper than hotel. Enjoy everyone.

Resort of Benalmadena was clean and had everything you need to have a good holiday.bars charge an average of 1 euro per pint which although is local product its a nice pint. we spent most evenings in a bar called the bar albatross lovely bar and really friendly owners made to feel very welcome and they have an excellent quiz and bingo every night(fantastic money over 100 euros a game and only costs 50cents a ticket!)would recomend this bar to everyone young and old cant wait to go back to hotel and the bar albatross again one of the best hols we have had.

Was worried about staying in Benalmadena not having been there before, but having spoken to friends prior to departure who had been there and arriving, we were not disappointed, it was lovely. The beach was cleaned daily and the sun bed and unbrellas were cheap to hire. The restaurants were plentiful and catered for all tastes (had the best paella ever). We would not hesitate to go again.

First time to Benalmadena. first impression was very good, other than the usual rubish bins up the side streets the place was very clean. The local bars had various good entertainment covering every night. The beach was as expected nice and clean with plenty of sunbeds at a reasonable price.

I really had a great time in benalmadena.
There is so much for every one to do, from going to water parks, to going to the park to feed the rabbits,birds,hens,cocks,fish,swans.
the night life is really what mad it for me you can do some much from either walking to the next resort to going to see shows to hitting a night club .
there really is some thing for every one here

Benalmadema is a lovely place, the beach is so long, Bonanza Square, is left out of the hotel and up the hill, where you can have a nice drink and eat, Paloma Park, (where rabbits and guinea pigs run free, and you can feed the turtles) and Millionaires Marina, (what is a wonderful sight). Benalmadema has a lovely long promenade where the Spanish restaurants BBQ fish, the smell is lovely. There are plenty of lovely shops at Millionaires Marina and places to eat and drink. We go to Paloma Park Wednesday Market, its in walking distance from the Bali, through the park, its part rag market (car boot) and part traders, but please bargain with the sellers as we always bring back lots of bargains. Enjoy.

not a patch on benidorm for entertainment and value for money, yes it was pretty but i found the landscape too hilly and we were forever being pestered by sellers of all sorts of tat

Out of season and a very rainy one at that probably didnt show the resort in its best light. The standard of food and entertainment was very good in the places we visited. Capones the karaoke bar was excellent, don't let the entrance and first impressions put you off had 2 very good nights in there. Marina is lovely but beware of the 'deals' to entice you into the drinking establishments particularly the novelty ones !! All in all would go there again and recommend to others. Does what it says on the tin !

All very nice lot's to do but as usual now in Spain Dog Dirt all over the pavements.
