Hotel very clean staff very friendly pool area ws nice bit sparce. Rooms was spacious bright airy very clean. towel change twice a week only and food bad but most spanish food is. we ate in ku damm which was a german restaurant down by the marina very nice and reasonable. mallons irish bar down there too very good bar. Would stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel, would recommend half basis if travelling with children, not many places to eat nearby. Nice food, restaurant served chips, ice-cream and jelly which is great for the kids. Unfortunately came here in April so there was hardly any entertainment on, kids club started on our last day! But saying that the kids still had a great time, even though they stayed out of the pool FREEZING!!!!!

When we were dropping people off we found our hotel was and looked the best. Its was clean and it was good that the staff were pleasent and there was a life gaurd on the poolside.
There is a great shopping centre across a short road and also across another road there is a bus stop with will travel to the town centre its is also a short walk to the town. As we booked a trip with the hotel to Gibralta it was a brillant day out.
Also the rep's were very friendly and helpful.
Another thing which is good is the hotel rooms are no where near the lifts. I was very pleased i chose this hotel and my daughter and son were very happy they said this is one of the best holidays theyve had!!!

hotel very clean and very roomy
food was very nice and fresh served very fast and hot.
location of this hotel is awkward as it hard to reach by foot and roads around area are busy so i suggest a taxi costs about 6 euro each way and hotel reception will call for one and it arrives in mins so very good

Tuhe hotel was nice enough, pool was clean and rooms were tidy, except for the fact that the door broke more than once every day, all the staff could do was super glue it, (mince) it well located, just a shame about the MOTOR WAY u have to cross to go any where, the river is nice, just watch the rats. (no joke)

The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were well equipped especially with kitchen utensils.
We went self catering but the snacks by the pool were good and value for money.
The hotel itself was a bit out the way and you needed to cross a motorway bridge to get to beach which was a nightmare especially when you've got kids.
The hotel staff seemed very friendly especially the bar staff.
The entertainment team were brilliant they kept the kids amused day and night and even gave the adults a good laugh.
The whole resort is well worth going because it's very good value for money.
