We travelled with Thomsons as we were going to North Africa with 2 young children and wanted to ensure we went with a company who would put us, the customer first and expected the standards etc of the hotel to reflect the 4star rating this hotel carried. How wrong were we.
This supposed ALL INCLUSIVE hotel is NOT all inclusive. Firstly they only have BEER or WINE and 3 local date/fig produced spirits. Nothing else NO JOKE. There was no ice cream for the kids which we were expecting, no cocktails, there was a BBQ but you had to pay for. There was a guy at the pool area making crepes most days again you had to pay.
The pool towels we were expecting were available but again we had to pay.

Please don't let the negative reviews put you off this hotel.
This hotel is kept clean and tidy, and the rooms are cleaned every day.
The food, well, it was ok, as with most AI it can get boring but the cakes they make are the best.
The pool is always kept clean and tidy, and the man who gives you your cushion for your sun lounger is a little treasure, while some people gave him a tip every day we gave him some money on the day we were leaving.
As for the entertainment it was basic although my 10 year old daughter and the girl she made friends with would probably disagree with me.
The staff at this hotel are very friendly always a smile and hello when they saw us, they try so hard to speak English.
Would we go back to this hotel again ? yes, we enjoyed our stay here and the people are friendly I just hope it wont be too long before we go back.
