hotel nice & clean, food was garbage, staff nice & friendly but porters expect tip for anything they do. entertainment was pure rubbish. nothing for kids to do. the drink is muck

We arrived back home only 4 days ago, and I really want to go back! I have never had a holiday as special as this one.
The rooms were very basic, but clean and the views of the beach were amazing.
The hotel staff are fantastic. (apart from the maids that forget to knock!) The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and the the animation team were amazing. We didn't have any children at the hotel so they managed to cater all the entertainment towards adults. I would have paid money to seen them on stage. 10 out of ten to all of them. They were aound all day making people laugh and keeping us smiling - what a lovely bunch of guys!!!!!!!
The restaurant was extremelly clean and chefs were on hand at every serving table. They wouldn't let you take any food that had been left on the side for longer than a few minutes and would insist on cooking it fresh for you. (often drawing camels and faces on your plate with sauce dishes)
The waiters added a special touch by remebering your drinks and having them ready for you when you arrived. On the last night they put candles and flowers on everyones tables and turned the restaurant lights of. It was a very special touch and one that we will always remember.
We met some wonderful people at the hotel, those who stayed on for a second week and the animation team were all waving us off as we started our journey home. (Keep in touch everyone!)xxx
