We chose the Ergun hotel because of it's central location. It's literally a 2 minute walk to the centre, and just across the road from the bazaar.
The rooms were basic but included a hairdryer, tv and personal safe. Air con worked out

The best thing about the Ergun Hotel is it's central location. Put's you right in the heart of Alanya town.
The rooms were very clean and each had their own safe, hairdryer,tv,air conditioning and balcony.
A little bit of noise from the traffic outside but nothing that kept you awake at night.
Hotel has a lift but be careful of the marble stairs. They look nice but can be slippery, saw one person come a cropper!
Breakfast was the usual turkish one with a little bit more choice and was quite good.
Bar prices abit expensive.
Staff at reception very helpful.
Would be very happy to stay at this hotel again.

We have stayed in Alanya about 8 times and this is first time in Ergu, found it to be excellent, good location & clean.
We stayed B & B and found breakfast to be very good.
The rooms were cool as we were on the side of the building, we were concerned when we got there it would be noisy, but this was not the case as the rooms have carpets so you don't hear furniture etc being dragged around upstairs.
There is a music bar opposite but the rooms have double glazing so once they are closed it is really quiet.
Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again

For the price you pay for this hotel, you get so much.
It's located right in the heart of Alanya....about two minutes walk from the harbour. It's a lively area and suited very much to either groups of youngsters or families with teenagers. However the hotel is quiet enough for older guests as well.
The rooms are cleaned to a superb standard, the maids spent lots of time in each room.
We didn't eat much in the hotel, but they had room service which we took advantage of.
The hotel staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. When we had an incident while we were out there, they helped us with all the formalities and we couldn't say enough nice things about them.
The pool is fairly small but with the beach so close we really never minded, it was big enough for a quick dip and swim but you won't be breaking any Olympic records in it!!
