The hotel was very clean but on the arrival in the early hours of the morning we found that there was no 5th bed for out youngest daughter.
After going and complaining to reception we didnt get the bed until two days later so that meant that 3 of us were sharing a double bed!

What can I say?
Germans Germans Germans, none of the building work finished, poor quality food, smells of all sorts around the place, would I go again, not likely.
Best to stay at home and go to butlins

This hotel was great.
Staff great, entertainment great. The kids had to be careful on the pool side but every thing else was great.

Hi just to let every one know that my family have just arrived back from Pegasos Palace and we had a great time.
Food was nice a little bit of the same after 2 weeks.
Kids club was good the children loved going.
Entertainment was good for the kids not so hot for the adults but I didn't mind as long as the kids were having fun.
The hotel staff did their best to help but were getting tired of every one moaning, it has only just opened so there will be teathing problems......Go have fun and remember a holiday is what you make it.
P.S The beach is not golden sand but it's a beach......

Hotel was more geared to the german tourist but not dominated by them. Not all staff spoke good english but they always made sure someone did if there was any language difficulty. Rooms were spacious enough and cleaned everyday if requested. Although as there is plenty to do in the hotel hardly ever in the room. New Years eve was brillant with excellent gala diner and entertainment, followed by a great firework display. Facilities, gym amd pools (indoor and outdoor) were clean, although children had to take care not to slip on poolside. Kids club was german run although staff spoke little english the children did enjoy it and wanted to go back next day. For an all inclusive deal good value for money.

The hotel was very dirty and it was very unsafe to be in. My child almost broke her foot after falling over a broken and unattended to tile in the ground

We spent 2 weeks at the Pegus Hotel. Although the hotel has first class style and furniture and position the hotel food is of very poor quality - the same food is served at most meals and day after day.
There is a severe lack of entertainment and only one inside bar seating approx 80 people had evening entertainment, this was for children
