We stayed in the Konak hotel.
The staff were excellent.
The rooms were cleaned every day.
The food was lovely and not over priced.
The hotel itself is not for the less mobile as their are a lot of stairs.
As for entertainment there was only a Turkish night every second Friday was quite good.
The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was how you paid for your food and drink as you didn't pay till the following morning and didn't realise what you were spending.
Overall had a great time hope to go back next year as everyone was so friendly.

The hotel is a small family run hotel with some amazing views overlooking Bodrum Castle.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are well above basic for self catering.
There are 2 pools one which is salt water located by reception and one is free form which is located at rear of hotel.
Entertainment consists of 1 night on Friday which is Turkish night.
The hotel and rooms are kept well clean, there is a bar and resturant on resort, the food is good which consists of English and Turkish meals at reasonable prices.
This hotel is fine for couples to unwind and relax, if you have teenagers or children there is no entertainment for them so would give it a miss, if your lucky to get sea view room you will get the most amazing views of sun setting from your balcony.

The hotel is well situated up on the hillside overlooking the bay and castle, the staff are friendly and willing to meet everybodys needs and a credit to the Manager.
The accomodation is very clean and the food very nice and well presented.
There is a Turkish Night on a Friday night,which is a must see, all the staff join in especially the Chef and they get everyone involved, I personaly thought it was great.
There is a Taxi rank just down the road from the accomodation along a bit of a dodgy road with no pavement, which my wife and I walked down too, for the first week before we realised if you spoke to someone in the reception they would phone the Taxi office and they would pick you up within about a minute at no extra charge.

Stayed back in July 2005, was a very clean hotel.
Staff friendly, but a bit to friendly with the girls, knocking on your door for no reason, which wasent nice.
I also had a present stolen from inside my room, Manager wasent very helpfull - untill mentioned police and he offered money. so be carefull, maybe they have new staff, but take away the bad staff, and the place would of been nice.
We also went bed and breakfast, and our room never had any kitchen area.
