Just returned back from a two week stay at the Avos Apartments with family, hotel is in a great location just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and Aqua Park and lots of bars with entertainment along the beach front.
The hotel is really clean and spacious, although the pool area is like a postage stamp and you can’t really have a swim as its not big enough, there could do with more sunbeds around the pool area as there were only about 20.
A hidden extra is paying for the air con which I know a lot of hotels charge for as I’ve been to Turkey a few times but one of our group had a two bedroomed apartment and had to pay double which at £160 was a big chunk out of the spending money so beware.
The pool area and bar have been rented out to the restaurant next door, which serves good food and snacks although if you want a breakfast you had to eat in the restaurant and not at the pool area although you could order anything else off the restaurant and eat around the pool which was strange. If you decided not to eat there all the time you got the cold shoulder from a certain man as he wanted you to buy from him all the time, £1.60 to £2.00 for a can of coke, Fanta etc, soon adds up.

This was a great apartment to stay in. I arrived with my family (hubby and 2 kids) its as it shows u in the pictures great for beach and aqua park and the staff are very helpful the only down side is you cant bring you own drinks or food down to the pool area you have to buy from them. Nice food from the restaurant underneath the Avos but found out if your not spending there all the time u get the cold shoulder from a certain member of staff but did not let this bother us.

Just returned from a family holiday at the Avos, and what more can I say, had a fantastic time, rooms were great, bigger than any other apartment that I've stayed in. Staff at both restaurant and bar were excellent and also hotel staff. Hotel spotless. Would highly recommend it to anyone. What's more it was just 2-3mins from beach and perfect location for lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
Will definately be going back next year.

iv been going out to turkey on holiday for 11 years now and love it lol. this hotel has got to be the best iv eva stoped at in the resot of marmaris. very cleen. the room got done out every day so it was nice and fresh for when u come back frm the beach or round the pool.the pool area was gr8 with 2 pools a big pool and also a baby pool. the staff are alos very friendly as all turkish people. the two young girls where lovley didnt speak much english but they did there best to help you as much as they could :)
the rooms are very big indeed we had see veiw and could see must of marmaris !! am bk out to this hotel in june also septemba .

very nice apartments very big ,clean and in an excellent site 5 minutes from beach ,bars and supermarket .the only bad things were only 1 toilet roll given out on arrival then buy your own and a hefty 80 quid for air con which you need as its in the high 40s! never the less i would stay there again in the future staff are very nice and as usual turkish people in general are very nice too .
