We had a room at the top of the apartments which did mean the balcony did not get any sun but sit outside your door and beautiful sun all day. All very clean and well cared for.
The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. There is everything within 5 minutes’ walk, the beach is about 90 seconds away with bars and restaurants even closer, but no disturbance from them at all. Turunc is lovely and quiet, perfect to get away from it all.
We did think it would be difficult to fully cater as equipment was pretty limited, but there was a bottle opener and fridge and enough to be able to have our fresh bread and honey for breakfast-visit the bakery for the freshest bread ever- less than 1 lira, and the most amazing baklava as well.
Prices in the hotel were comparative with everywhere else in town, safe was £5 per week and air con was £25 per week.

Our room at Gozdem II was on the top floor but we had help with our luggage. The apartment was very good

We stayed in the Gozdem 2 July 2006 the apartments were perfect very clean the pool area was spotless and never too busy only a couple Min's from the beach this was our second time in Turunc the first time we stayed at the diplomat don't even think about staying there dirty and run down..
There is a nice little pool bar and at gozdem 2 not over priced food basic but nice the maid never stops in room everyday spotless we have two young children who loved the resort and apartments very safe as no traffic after six every night on the main street.
Also we never had a complaint about any restaurant/bar in the resort all nice can't wait to go back to gozdem 2 brilliant.

Me and my family have visited both Gozdem 1 and 2. We have to say that although both the sets of apartments are excellent that if we went back to Turunc we would visit Gozdem 1 again. We were self catering. If you have children the pools in both aartments are brilliant.
