I was nicely suprised when we got to the hotel Villa Tagora. It was very clean and well decorated. All the staff from the cleaners to the receptionists were very pleasent and helpful. There was always a good variety of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner, but I found there was not enough variety of fruit available.
We upgraded our apartment and for the amount of money, we did not regret it for one minute. Me, being a sun worshipper, the balcony we had looked over the pool and was massive. We had two sunbeds, parasol and a table with four chairs, it was good not having to get up at the crack of dawn to save a couple of sunbeds.
The location was good as it was away from the main strip but in easy access to pubs and restaurants if wanted. The entertainment was very good, during the day and at night.
I am a very fussy person when it comes to my holiday accomodation but I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone that wants to visit Tenerife.
There were three main bonuses for me, one was the weather (very hot and clear from cloud), two was that I had only seen one cockroach which was dead anyway and three the fact that you could get the paper on the date of issue and not three days later.

villa tagoro tenerife
we have stayed in tenerife on many occasions but not at this hotel.on arrival we were not to sure about the location of the room ,but once we were settled in we found it to be excellent . the food was great with plenty of choice and bottles of wine at the table if required ,most a/i hotels serve only glasses . The staff at reception and the cleaners were both friendly and courteous and the rooms were kept spotless ,with little special touches from the cleaners.the entertainment was very enjoyable and the entertainment team were very good especially habby who was a very very nice guy ,and brilliant with children .I would have no hesitation about returning to this hotel and would highly recommend it to all .
