Does anyone have any information on this? my parents are due to fly out with Saga on Feb 13th for a month and were told yesterday that the pool heating is out of order for 4 months due to a "technical problem". They would not give any further information. Has anyone recently returned (or still out there) that can confirm the reason why. Folks are a bit miffed to be spending a month out there without a heated pool. If this is the case are there any public/communal pools (heated) that they could use. Thanks in advance.
