Hi all, there is a possibility of us visiting friends in Dubai at the end of January 2012 and we thought it would be a good opportunity to visit the Maldives for 7 nights. Any and all suggestions and advice would be most appreciated, my husband dives and and a good house reef would be appreciated. I think we'd be looking to go AI.

Hi January is high season and the most expensive time to go.
What is your budget, what sort of room are you looking for, transfer (seaplane or boat) do you want large or small island.

Trod, thanks for your suggestions. Sadly I'm now realising just how expensive January is.............. will keep looking but may have to change plans and just stick with Dubai.
