Kwale, Kenya
A lively medium class hotel with plenty to do both day and night alternatively just relax and enjoy the hotels tropical setting and bleached white sandy beach.

Diani Sea Lodge - we loved it!

You are guaranteed to see monkeys everywhere here. Watch out as they will pinch any food left in view!! My girls are 11 and 12 and we loved this hotel. Fantastic evening entertainment and paradise beach - white sands, palm trees, amazing. We also booked our trips with Jtsafaris before we left and were not asked to remove our belongings from our room.
Only problem with hotel... too much food choice!! We were stuffed! Perfect!

Diani Sea Resort, great good clean hotel staff friendly will do anything for you. The food was good plenty of it and it was varied.

We went on a safari with JTSAFARIS, whom we would recommend, there were no problems with leaving our belongings in hotel room during safari. Watch out for the monkeys as they are very clever now where & when food is about.

The location of hotel is within walking distance of 3 shopping centres with banking facilities etc.

Hotel - very good would return .

Staff very friendly will do any thing for you, they are not pushy either when activities are on.

Tea and cake at 4.00 every day.this is when the the monkeys come out to play. Other meals ok but could do with more choice, the key is to eat off main menu and add from the buffet.

Rooms are always clean, beds changed every day and towels if you like.pool towels are provided ,but you have to leave a deposit at reception off

Best holiday ever!
We stayed in the diani sea resort hotel fo 2 weeks, the hotel is very clean and tidy and the beutifull gardens make it evan better to look at, the food is good compared to alot of hotels, but there isnt a lot of choice on the menu.

The location of the hotel is amazing the white sandy beaches are deffinetly something to sea but I wouldn't reccomend it as a beach holiday as the beach boys keep haggling you to buy stuff, how ever if you say no to them politly they will go away, don't be scared to vist the market as it is a very nice place and all of the people are very freindly.

The staff are very polite and if you want just ask and they will be willing to get it for you. The entertainment is very good and some of it is very funny.....

I would reccomend this hotel to any one, it was the best holiday we have ever been on.

At first we were a bit disappointed because the hotel rooms were not very luxurious, but it was a 3 star hotel so we didn't mind.

The beach was amazing, white sand, beautiful white palms and blue blue sea. The water was warm but really salty.

The pool was really big and clean, we never got bored because the staff had all kinds of activities all the time.

Food was delicious, there was a big variety of foods and drinks. We didn't complain about the monkeys because they didn't disturb us, as a matter a fact they were really cute and it was interesting to look at them.

The hotel staff, waiters, barman's and animators were really friendly and made us feel like we were in paradise. We had lots of fun and we were really sad to leave this place. I would definitely go back, as soon as possible!

I would recommend Intrepids safaris, we saw lots of different animals, food was great and our (so called) rooms were super!

If you go there it's best to change shillings, but dollars and pounds are also okay.

You shouldn't be afraid of the local people if they come to talk to you in the beach and try to sell something, it's they're way to get money for living.

And I would also like to say that white people are very rich people for them and they will try to cheat to get your money. For example I bought a carved animal, which was handmade of course, and payed 5000 shillings for it. I was very happy because firstly they said that the price was 14 000 shillings. In the end I found out that the real price was about 2500 shillings so they still tricked me! But I didn't mind, it's they're way to survive and I still got a really beautiful handmade animal.
