When you arrive at this hotel you think oh my god, however the hotel facade is much similar to those in this location. The hotel is a bit shabby in places, however they are undergoing a progressive revamp, this place does grow on you. First of all the food is fantastic, not one bad meal in the fortnight with a mixture of buffet and set menus for dinner (I preferred the set menus). Location is a bit out of the way the local village is about 15 minutes walk, but be be careful as there are no foot paths and they drive like crazy, not much in the village but its worth visiting, hotel has taxis available we hired one for the day to take us around the north of the island for
