Hi - I was wondering what the weather is likely to be like in Santorini in October. We are thinking of October as it's cheaper than September. Are there other islands which would be better weather wise in October or is it best to pay more and go in September?

Just be aware that Santorini starts to shut down early October I think.Shops,tavernas etc just disappear ovenight!
