I have flew with XL and booked holidays with Kosmar and have found them to be very good.

I have flown with Excel several times and have not had any problems so funnyboy is not alone.
People should consider that most of the time we only hear when someone has a bad experience with airlines and TOs. The same applies to reports on accommodation. If you read the reports you sometimes wonder if the comments refer to the same place.

Likewise Fwh....used XL without any complaints...using them for next year as they have some excellent prices.
