AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! Booked a holiday in December and was told 2 weeks before departure that they had no record and were unable to help. Really rude customer service. I was told that they had nothing to do with the company I booked through yet the number was the same and they DID have a record of my client number etc...
