Just got back from Majorca. Used Janerbus for return transfers to/from Alcudia. Excellent service, prompt, reliable and friendly. Only 120 Euros return for family of 4.
Would not hesitate to use them again

i normally book my taxi when i book my holiday with protur but the last couple of years thr price has been steadily rising, janur bus qouted cheaper and the service was excellent
Have just booked Janerbus on recommendation from other posters for 2 trips from Airport to Santa Ponsa 26/8 and 2/9. 35Euros for 2, per journey.
I'm not trying to be controversial or anything but why not hire a car? I've just hired 1 for 11 nights, I can use it any time I wish and it's cost less than £200.It therefore gets me both ways (to and from Sa Coma) and the flexibility whilst I'm there. Just a thought that's all. Have a great holiday!!

I always give the drivers a tip just a few € change. Your email fron Eva should say the price and the deposit for the return if booked and its cash only to the driver. If thats a prob give a email I'm sure they will sort something for you. I 'm a bit jealous you going away in a few days I ve got 7 weeks to go!! CBG

Thanks for the advice. I was thinking about 4 or 5 euros for a tip. I was going to take the cash but thought it would be far easier if you could pay by card.

We used them last year after we were let down by someone else - ref the car seat situation - if you state you want a booster they'll provide one.
I didn't think to ask before we went but when we were collected our fab lady driver had thoughtfully put 2 on board for our twins.
Couldn't fault them on service provided from start to finish - I would recommend them to anyone!
We gave a 5 euro tip each way if that helps.

Booked (for 4 of us) with Janerbus today. Return from airport to Puerto Pollenca 134€ . This was the best price out of all the companies listed on other thread, plus we did like the look of their cars. Better than the standard 'airport' taxi
Hi all, I booked Janerbus back in July for our trip this thurs 6th, I have emailed them with our booking ref as asked a few days before the pick up, can anyone tell me if they email back to confirm please. I am just a bit nervous as I have booked these for our party & want to make sure all goes well. I have asked this already, but have not had any replies, if it was just me & hubby I wouldn't worry if they didn't turn up as we'd jump in a taxi, but as I have booked for 6 of us I'd really like to have it confirmed - Sorry to be a pain. Deb, I have booked with janerbus a few times and they are 100% reliable. As far as I can remember you will get a email back. If you don't , phone them but I am sure you will have no problems at all. Hi CBG, We are going to Palmanova as we do every year in september, staying at the Rosa del Mar. Thanks for your advice, I was actually going to pm you about them as you have used them often. used them for the first time this year to take us up to Porto Pollenca. Cars very clean and comfortable.
Also, we had trouble finding our apartment, the driver couldnt have been more helpful making phonecalls and asking for directions.
Would def use them everytime now.
Having said that, now the new Inca bypass is open, we may well drive next time. Even in August the road was fairly quiet.

Just received a quote, From the airport to Albatros Barcelo in Illetas, 26 Euros each way all inclusive. Sounds a pretty good deal.
Could someone tell me how they meet you? does the driver have a sign with your name or is there a company rep with a sign that tells you where to go?

According to my confirmation, there will be someone with a sign saying Janerbus & it'll have your name on it at gate 7. If this goes well I shall book them again for next may.
