There is only one Marmaris what probally happened is you will fly into Bodrum and travel to Marmaris which Goldtrail some times does

It is quicker to fly into dalaman and travel to Marmaris but dont worry there is only one Marmaris.

Hope this helps ive never heard off a happy days apart in bodrum so you must be traveliing to Marmaris enjoy your holiday

yes the bodrum arrival and dalaman is the same marmaris arrival airport, although club happy days is a fair distance from the alize bodrum is a longer transfer also ,dalaman being the prefered airport.

When i've looked on google earth I found there has been two of a lot of places in Turkey!!!! Kemer and Sangerime for instance. Don't worry there is only one Marmaris near where you are going. It is possible to travel to either Bodrum or Dalaman to get to Marmaris. Denny

actually, if you go from happy days away from armutalan and down towards the roundabout it isn't too far.... i'll try to find a map

There is a big bronze statue of a man on the habour front , near the main shopping area which would make a good meeting point - someone on here may be able to give you more details of it than me, but it a great big thing - you couldn't miss it, opposite one of the towns main road junctions.

Hi the statue is the Ataturk very famous man in turkey the club alize is fantastic your son will love it there sorry dont know about happy days but will find out from my friends who live in marmaris were it is if it helps

we too are booked into club happy days ,for monday (all i could get at last minute)said id never ever stay here ,well il give it the first night and then move if needs be ,i remember it is one of the first drop off with goldtrail ,so no doubt is way out ?

yes I have heard really good stuff about club alize and glad my son and fiancee are staying there as its their first visit to turkey.
We are contemplating booking alternative accommodation other than happy days as the reviews are so bad. currently checking travel republic and room rates are fab and the looking at reviews. trying to find something near club alize. still the deal was good so flights and a million hour transfer sorted

happy days is not far from golden orange aparts in Armutalan.....

la-lapinkfluff have you tries alpha rooms they are very reasonable

la_lapinkpuff we go on monday the 24th sept. i would try and find youre own accomadation , there was plenty advertising £10 per apartment per night in oct when we were there in august ,,this was icmeler which we prefer anyway ,we have free accomadation in both marmaris and icmeler if we want it ,but as both are bar/ restaurant owners we dont like to feel tied to one and not the other lol,we will probaly look else where lol ,if you are planning on staying in marmaris why not try the alize even if the tour op dealing with them say they are full they may not be , some keep rooms back for them selves xxx jan .blue bays is near the alize have you tried these.i wouldnt worry about finding somewere to stay ,just leave your cases at club happy days and have a look around,this will be our 6th visit this year and if the other months are anything to go by the place is so quiet and you should have no problem finding alternative accomadation xxx jan

You could try Ceylan Apartments. They are about a 5 minute walk from Club Alize. I just got back yesterday from staying there. They are really good. Check their website http://www.ceylanapart.net. You can book them direct. Good luck.

the melay is only 120 pound for a double/twin room for 2 adults for 2 wks from 1st oct

ive just looked for 1st oct and there was 107 different accom on there.
