I'm guessing but normally they will say something like

"type exactly what you see in the box" - "2+9=" so the you would type 2+9=

or

"what are the 2nd and 3rd characters?" - "2+9=" you would type +9

I've just looked on this hotel reviews on this site and it does say "please solve" so that would stand that the answer should be 11.

I'd have to guess you have missed selecting something or not filled something in further up the page?

There is a problem with the anti spam measure in place. We have quite a big topic about it in Help and Assistance, however, I appreciate that not everybody visits every forum. Please except my apologies I know how frustrating it is when you've type a large review and then loose it or are unable to post it.

We have reported the error to Van, however due to recent family bereavements he isn't able to deal with it as quickly as he would like.

All I can do is ask that you save it into word until such time you can post it.

Thanks for that Sarah, I didn't think of looking there as I thought it was something I had done/not done! I have saved it now so I won't have to write it all out again.
