Thinking of booking to Cala D'Or August 2009 - can anyone recommend any apartments (and web addresses ) as hoping to book direct as can get reasonably priced flights. How far is it from the airport? Travelling with hubby and 2 children (14 and 7). Not been here before but reading reviews seems ok for a family holiday.

Hi denyse, I've just booked a 10 night stay at the Sa Marina aparthotel in Cala D'Or for August next year. I've booked it direct as it was a lot cheaper than doing it as a package. If you go on this website http://www.inturotel.com/home.php?lng=uk you will see all their listings on the left hand side of the site of their aparthotels so you can see whats on offer. We stayed at the Esmeralda this year which again I booked direct and it was excellent, couldn't fault it. The Sa Marina also has excellent reviews and they've let me book it for 2008 prices.
