Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a travel insurance company for a trip to Florida that doesnt penalise policy holders for having 1 alcoholic drink?

The only company i can find is Columbus Direct who use the words "alcohol abuse & alcoholism" whereas all other policy's i've found state that you are not covered if "under the influence" which means that we all have to stay sober for our full holiday.....NOT, however Columbus has come up quite expensive @ £80 for a family of 4 for an 11 day trip.

I'm not an alcoholic by any stretch of the imagination but I, like most, enjoy a few whilst on holiday and it annoys me that insurance companies expect you to stay sober!!!
