Just looking for clean accommodation not too far from the centre
(I know a lot of people will say where's the centre in Sa Coma). I'm thinking they might be near the Sa Coma Platja? Any comments appreciated. 
Has anyone stayed at either of these recently? If so, where are they and what are they like?

Hi, me again. Am I right in thinking the Fiesta Beach are near the Gran Playa?
Hi, there are some apartments near the gran playa and I think they are the Fiesta Beach, I haven't stayed in them so I cannot comment on what they are like but the location is good.
