I would like a campsite in or walking distance from a nice village/small town with a few pubs (for food and a quietish pint in the evening) we would like a nice beach too. I am really not fussed where we go as long as its not too far, within about 3 hrs drive of the west midlands (Herefordshire)if poss. We wouldnt really need swimming pools, entertainment etc just a campsite with showers/toilet facilities.
Thanks
. It's the closest camp site to the town (5 min walk). Town consists of cafe's, quaint little shops, chippy, pubs. Best place for a pint and lovely locals is the Farmers arms. Lovely beer garden and gorgeous food at a reasonable price. If you fancy an upmarket place to eat one night I can highly recommend "The Cwtch", little pricey but well worth it. There's an activity centre called Twr y felin, they do sea kyaking, coasteering (fantastic) and boat trips to spot dolphins and orcha's e.t.c. Have a look at the camp site's website for more info. A few minutes walk from there is another campsite called "Caerfai", not sure if that's cheaper per night!
. I have seen a few 'adults only' campsites around, they look quite appealing!
