Well I had a little look. The outside is all freshly painted, lights on and all sorts of white vans parked outside. They have even installed CCTV, which is still quite unusual out here.
What I didn't see was any sort of sign of corporate ownership ie which chain owns it now.

is the varandas de albufiera open, does anyone no? i going wiv my partner and children in 2 weeks and there no reviews apart from a few in march saying it closed, please help

I walked past it a couple of weeks ago. It was all freshly painted and looked ready to open. It has changed hands as I am sure you know but what I didn't see was any indication of who the new owners might be.
It was supposed to have opened yesterday. I am going up that way to the post office shortly so I will have a look.

Put my head round the corner at lunchtime on my way to the post office. Without going inside it was actually difficult to tell if it was open or not.Certainly lights were on, cars parked outside but no sign of people, actually going in and out.

Ken T - I will be up that way later and will have a look. Reports in other forums have said it is up and running however.
Certainly looked open but I didn't go inside and ask anyone!
i read on another website, that the hotel is still not fully open.. and im due to go there on sunday!!
