As long as they are happy with budget accommodation then the YHA would be a good place to start looking - the staff running the activities will all be properly trained and qualified.

A lot of the centres are aimed mainly at schoolgroups but outside of term time many of them run holidays for adults too and yet others (eg Brathay Hall in the Lake District) market themselves at industry and run team building type course but also run more general courses with the added benefit of staff who are used to working mainly with adults.

We are in the process of sorting out coastering in cornwall which I found from your link, just getting everyone's hols booked from work. Thanks for the link. :tup
