we are going to Eden Gardens this year, next to Grand Aquarium, with you having a sun, i reckon Grand Aquarium would be a good choice, you are set back away from bulk of accomadation so will have the peace too.

The Ida hotel is being refurbished this winter and is in the new square,I wanted to go to this hotel but find its fairly booked up.Its available on B&B which includes an English or Turkish breakfast ,or HB.
The Kapmar is opposite the Ida in the square overlooking the fountains.It has also had a refurb this winter and has great reviews and good value for money.
The other 2 are apartments in the beautiful old village.They are set at the very back of the village but there is a Dolmus.There are also some lovely restaurants in the old villlage.
We have stayed at many hotels and apartments in Icmeler and loved them all.
I would look on Google earth or one of the Icmeler maps and see where the apartments are.
The Devamli is also another lovely hotel and if you stay here HB you eat in the Loveboat ,the restaurant downstairs which is one of the best in Icmeler.
Where ever you decide one thing is for sure you will want to go back time and time again
