I just flew 17th April Heathrow to Bangkok via Mumbai and returned on 1st My. Very impressed with Jet Airways. Would recommend. Flights on time, early coming back, assistance for everyone in transit at Mumbai, lots of legroom and food pretty good actually.
Went with Jet in Jan never again : Manchester, Brussels, Mumbai, Goa took 24hrs + 3hrs check in

has anyone flown recently heathrow to goi with jet airways
we fly on saturday,never flown with them before,wodered what economy class is like,
also we will have to collect our luggage and take it accoss the the other terminal to getour conecting flight to goa (still will jet airways )

Havnt flown with them for a few years but would use them again. Probably on par with with BA.
You will have to collect your cases if your getting the bus to the domestic terminal you may be able to check them in again before getting in the bus buy I noticed in December the check in desks beside the bus were not open.
On the way back your luggage is checked through from Goa to Heathrow.

we have booked a flight with BA from Manchester to goa next march, on the Manchester to heathrow and the heathrow to Mumbai legs we have 23kg baggage each, on the last leg with Jet it does not state on the itinerary the baggage allowance does anyone know.

The baggage allowance on domestic flights with Jet Airways is normally 15kg. However, as you've booked with BA with Jet operating a connecting flight on their behalf, you should be permitted BA's allowance (23kg). It might be worth an email to BA or whoever you booked with to get confirmation.

I e-mailed BA got reply back to get in contact with Jet, phoned them they said we get 23kg so I have e-mailed them to get confirmation in writing.

That's great and as we thought. It's always better getting a confirmation email or letter in these circumstances. I've been at check-in holding up queues arguing the case too many times when I know I am right to not do that now!
