Stayed in Vasiliki many years ago about 1992. there was not much there at that time, 1 hotel 1 taverna some self catering studios, I think a bar, a supermarket quite a walk away, we found it cheaper to get the bus into Argasi or Zanti Town, have breakfast spend the day there get the bus home, than it was to have 2 breakfast in Vasiliki, hopefully there maybe more there now.

We stayed in Vassiliki in October 2002. It's a very pretty area with good sandy beaches... but not much else I'm afraid. There's no real 'centre' to Vassiliki, when we were there there were just a few tavernas scattered around the area and I can't remember any bars. Like Pojo, we got a taxi to Argassi most evenings.

Thanks for the info. The remote nature of the area will suit us. We have the use of a hire car so will be able to explore without relying on buses.
