We are looking to go to either Goa, Kerala or Sri Lanka for a week and then on to Maldives for a week. Are there travel companies that can do this or would it be better to book this ourselves (diy)

most companies will make up a package for you. Try Thomas cook, Kuoni, Premier holidays for a starter. You can also try Expedia.com for prices. They have started to "package" trips as well.If you have some idea which hotels you want you can often book directly with them as well.By the way, when you get a cost from one company, phone another and try to get them to beat it!
