Don't know anything about that area. But we golfed last January and of the 3 rounds we played I wore shorts. That was at Millennium, Laguna, and Morgado. Was around 70f, although on the final day in the afternoon a cold wind got up and by the time I finished on Millennium I was cold. Temperatures in Feb should be around 60 I think. But if your really lucky could touch 70.
