Hi Martin, sorry i've not been on "an allocated on arrival" to Goa, but if you dont like what your allocated just change, as i'm sure your aware there is plenty of very reasonealably priced accommodation to be had, or you may strike it lucky and be allocated Leela Palace, now wouldn't that be something to brag about and what a good deal you would have recieved.
