the time would probably be an hour and half. not sure on cost, as the taxi drivers in the south tend to charge more than the ones in north. They do have fixed rates though.
hi, I agree with lauraj, about hour and a half, we paid 550rs from cavelossim to candolim which is more or less the same journey, that was in december.
