I'd say south try Cavelossim or Colva, I'm keeping Benaulim to myself If you want to do the 5* thing try Kenilworth Resort in Varca

depends what you want really if its quiet then go down south if hectic calangute area if busy but more chilled candolim is the place
and unless you find an all inclusive for the same as b&b go B&B OR YOU WILL REGRET IT
