have tried every booking agency for algarve and although they give available when I send enquiry, they get back to me that they only do thursday or saturday changeover so i'm in a bit of a fix as we have now booked flights.

I can recommend one near Paphos, Cyprus. Not exactly near a beach but with its own great size pool and a great price. Can drive for 10 mins and free parking at a beach in Paphos if you want a beach. We stayed there this Easter and was delighted. 4 bedroomed, sleeps 10. PM me if you want anymore info.

Otherwise, we used http://www.ownersdirect.co.uk to book and there were a lot of nice properties on there.
