It may seem a silly question but why do the Mods keep putting their standard posting up? Is there any change or is it to make sure everybody reads it? (Or is it to prove that they are still awake? Don't tell Briar I said that.)
I don't object, it is a good idea, keeping it at the top of the page, but I'm just puzzled.
as you are aware each forum has a mod, some can give more time than others due to work or family commitments, the marker post is moved so that we can clearly see when the forum was last checked, then if another mod done a quick check andmoved it only the forum mod has to read the post since his/her last visit
