Please can anyone recommend a good standard AI in either of the above resorts for June 2008. The Sol Tordos / Mirlos looks good but I'm put off by reports of small rooms & small pool. Our children will be 5 & 7 so good childrens entertainment is a must alongside good food etc. I'd like to know about the Sol Barbados / Antillas. I stayed in the Antillas about 10 years ago and it was very good although starting to look a little 'tired' even then.
Any info (for or against hotels) would be greatly appreciated.
Also, to save a few bob I'm not averse to booking flights & accommodation separately so if anyone has contact details for recommended hotels then they would be appreciated too.
