Hi everyone going to alcudia on the 30th sept will the resort be fully open and rough idea of prices for food and drink we do like spanish food tapas seafood etc, prefer this type of restuarant to british bar food wich is available at home. Really like to try genuine mallorcan dishes.

we went to Alcudia in August, if you like Paella try restaurant S'anfora. It's accross the road from the Iberostar Ciudad Blanca. We ate there 2 years ago and the food was just as nice this year and still reasonably priced. Their Paella is the best we have ever had, most of the other diners were also eating it so it must be nice.

We were in Alcudia in the middle of October and some places were just starting to close down then, but there were still plenty open.
However some places may close early if they haven't been busy due to the recession.
