It's done by the airline when you check in, you don't need to do anything.
Jo, yes it is needed for Mallorca, however, most airlines collect it when you check in. Low-cost airlines like Ryanair and Easyjet often require you to enter it on-line. Who are you flying with?

Aha - that would clarify things then - I am flying with Jet 2 but my pal is flying with Thomas cook and says she has enquired but told she doesnt need it - we couldnt understand why and were scratching our heads as had read all the official websites stating that she would. Thanks for that!
You need to put your details on line with jet2 but as far as I'm aware no need with Thomas Cook ( or I hope so as we go in 6 weeks and n mention of it) CBG
