Amy, you can go to Barcelona, it takes three hours or so on the fast ferry or eight on the slow one. You can also go to Menorca and there are the local boat trips that go across the bay of Alcudia and then out to Formentor. I would not have thought there was a problem for wheelchair users with any of them though for the local trips it might be wiser to embark and disembark at the pier in the port area rather than one of the other piers along the coast.
