You need to ask them to confirm that the account they say has been credited is in fact your own.

It is possible that a number or your details has been entered incorrectly. Have you spoken with your bank? Ask them to check that their system has not rejected the transfer. Both are not unknown.

You need to confirm the bank details of the account they have credited. It's entirely possible they've missed typed an account number as a similar thing happened to us - we got someone else's credit in our account!
