Never been to Crete before. Going to Gouves with Budget Travel at end of July for two weeks. Staying at Lyda Beach Apartments. Am a little worried as I have heard varying reviews about these apartments..has anyone used them???? Not finding much info about Gouves in general - I know its quiet and thats ok - we can seek out the night life when we want to - would love to hear from anyone who has stayed there.
