Help Hubbys Passport And Visa Still Not Back

Hi sent hubbys passport back as his surname has been spellt wrong. They have had it since 19th january and cannot track it as comes up on vfs website as no record found. Tried ringing them on an 02 number on monday for 3 hours but phone was constantly engaged, think it was off the hook. Emailed them for second time on monday asking them to phone me but got no reply, i know they were closed all day yesterday but thought they might contact me today. Looks like i will have to phonr them tomorrow and try the number that is 95p a minute, its starting to really stress me out. Denham

just wondered Denham, when you tried to track on VFS did you try the different spellings that caused the original problem?

Hi all tried tracking visas spellt with surname spellt right and wrong but makes no difference. Rang the 02 number for 3 hours on monday but wa either off the hook or was constantly engaged. Thanks everyone, will keep you all informed. Denham.

Hi all got hubbys passport back today. Surname had been crossed out and then wrote correctly above it and then signed at the side in a green pen. Emailed them 5 times and eventually had to phone the 09 number to get sorted. But goa here we come 21st february. Thanks everyone for your advise, Denham :cheers
