Never been to the Norbreck but I know its miles out of Blackpool centre.Neraer to Cleveleys than Blackpool.To far in my opinion.Try this http://www.berwynhotel.co.uk We stayed here a few years ago and found it good.Its on Gynn Square which is nice area on the North shore away from the tacky central part.Its not a big hotel but was warm anf friendly.
