Last year we travelled with BA

On arrival at our destination we found one of our suitcases to be damaged and reported it. It was in no way usable for our return travel so we through it away and purchased another having comfort in the knowledge we had reported it and documented its damage.

On return to the UK we contacted BA who then said they needed the damaged one as evidence or to see if it was repairable. :duh

It was Smashed to bits by you dimwits!!!!!! I said in a round about way

Well, to cut a very long story short we got our money.

But what a load of nonsense hey
